Mode 1 prices a job from quantity, crew minutes per unit, difficulty, labor, supplies, other direct cost, standalone or route travel, minimums, overhead, and target margin. Mode 2 previews route economics from route revenue, shared route cost, job-specific direct costs, completed stops, miles, worker hours, and overhead.
Route allocation requires a positive Estimated Route Stops count. Shared route cost is divided once across expected stops.
Route allocation requires Estimated Route Stops > 0. Job-Specific Direct Costs in Route Profit Preview include job labor, supplies and other operating cost and explicitly exclude shared route travel. Worker Hours is a productivity denominator only; it must not create a second labor cost.
This tool does not save accounts, recurring schedules, account-rate history, Route Definitions or Runs, actual route history, billing, A/R, repricing alerts, or management reporting.
Overhead + Target Margin must stay below 100%. At 90% or more but below 100%, the tool calculates and flags EXTREME ECONOMIC TARGET — REVIEW INPUTS.
